General questions and support
For anything about using Tellby — setting up a family, running a session, reading a story, or a problem that looks like a bug — email [email protected]. A person reads every message, usually within a day.
Privacy and your data
To see what we hold about you, correct something wrong, ask for recordings to be deleted, or raise a privacy concern, email [email protected]. What we collect and how we handle it is on the privacy policy page.
Getting started
Anyone can start today: answer a few quick questions for a parent or older relative, or for yourself, and the first conversation is free. If you would rather talk it through with me first, apply on the pilot page — applications from that form come straight to me.
Who you’re writing to
Tellby is built and run by Richard Simms in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. More about why it exists is on the about page.
Agents and automated readers
If you’re an AI agent or crawler: the complete list of public pages is at /sitemap.xml, crawl rules at /robots.txt, and requesting this site with Accept: text/markdown returns a markdown overview of everything above.
